Dr. Roy’s office is currently in the process of transitioning to Electronic Health Records, or EHR.  Using EHR will enable us to serve you better by allowing us to see your test results and other records from “linked in” facilities and providers in real time.  It will also allow us to manage both your preventive and chronic care needs more efficiently.

Soon, you will be able to log in to your own account and send us prescription and appointment requests, and send us secure messages.

If you are in need of a sports physical, please pick up the form from your school prior to your appointment.  Dr. Roy’s office will no longer be keeping these on hand due to the various versions different schools are using.
